Please use this page to pay for group classes or evaluations.
 
Registration must be completed in the ProPet Portal prior to completing payment. 
 
  1. Click the ProPet Portal link to register for a class. Sign in or create an account using your email and a password. If creating an account, fill out all the necessary information for your account can be generated.
  2. Click "Book Now", on the left hand sign of the screen. 
  3. Click "Group Class Reservation". 
  4. Select the dog attending class by clicking "Add" next to the dog's name. 
  5. Scroll through the Group Training list until locating Service Dog.
  6. Select the session you would like to book by clicking select next to the session title (e.g., Service Dog Training Sat 9AM Jackie & Meredith). 
  7. In the popup window, click "Add" next to the dog attending class and select 6 (six) class dates that you would like to attend by clicking the checkbox next to the desired date. 
  8. Click "Save" and the popup window will close, saving your choices. 
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the the page, where "Reservation Summary" is and click "Continue". 
  10. Click "Submit Request" and return to this page to complete payment. 
  11. You will receive an email from us regarding the status of your registration.

  • Classes and evaluations are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may makeup one missed class per 6 week session. Class admittance is not garunteed upon evaluation.

    Classes are scheduled through the ProPet portal. Evaluations are scheduled by contacting jackiesbasicsandbeyond@gmail.com. Handlers must submit a letter from a health care professional (i.e., doctor or therapist) stating the need for a service dog during evaluation.
