Evaluations can be conducted during Therapy Dog group class  or at a private appointment. To request a private evaluation appointment, please reach out to jackiesbasicsandbeyond@gmail.com.
 
Registration must be completed in the ProPet Portal prior to completing payment. 
 
Click the ProPet Portal link to register for a class. Sign in or create an account using your email and a password. If creating an account, fill out all the necessary information for your account can be generated.
Click "Book Now", on the left hand sign of the screen. 
Click "Private Training Reservation". 
Select the dog attending class by clicking "Add" next to the dog's name. 
Scroll through the list of options until locating Therapy Dog Evaluation. 
Select the session you would like to book by clicking select next to the evaluation title.
In the popup window, click "Add" next to the dog attending class and select the evaluation type that you would like by clicking the checkbox next to the evaluation type name. 
Click "Save" and the popup window will close, saving your choices. 
Scroll to the bottom of the the page, where "Reservation Summary" is and click "Continue". 
Click "Submit Request" and return to this page to complete payment. 
You will receive an email from us regarding the status of your registration.
